Hello & Welcome to The Pontchartrain Hotel
In the midst of the new normal we’re all experiencing, things look a little different around here. We’ve made a few changes to ensure your stay is so fresh, so clean. Here's what to expect.
Upon arrival, hand sanitizer machines will be placed at entry. Masks will also be available upon request.
Each of our rooms are equipped with individual A/C units along with single-use toiletries. Complimentary hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes will be placed bedside.
Looking to sweat it out? We’ve partnered with Franco’s on Magazine which gives hotel guests access to one pass per stay. Once you redeem your (1) guest pass, you can purchase a pass or multiple passes at a 50% discount of $10.
Valet parking is available for an overnight rate of $39 with in and out access available from 7am to 12am daily. Please note that when assisting a customer with their vehicle, the valet will be wiping down all touch points with disinfectant wipes, including key fobs, keys, steering wheels, door handles (interior and exterior), gear shifts, door locks, windows controls, seat controls, blinkers, headlight controls and radio controls.
Bottles of water will be available for purchase in your room. While our in-room private bar will not be available, convenience and snack items, along with beer and wine, are available upon request for pick-up or delivery straight to your room. Please contact the front desk for service.
